My name is Siobhán Farragher. I am a caring and dedicated integrative counsellor passionate about guiding individuals through life's challenges. My journey into counselling is a deeply personal one; I've sat on the other side of the counselling room, facing my own struggles. This firsthand experience taught me the courage it takes to seek help and the transformative power of empathetic support. It's this understanding that fuels my commitment to helping others navigate their own paths to healing and growth.

How I work to support you

I am an integrative counsellor meaning, I blend various therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. These techniques are, but not limited to, CBT, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. This means I don't just offer a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, I collaborate with you, drawing from diverse methods to provide a customised and holistic counselling experience. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.
